We were briefed to complete two pieces of work for the renowned, popular Logitech brand. One was to promote the launch of their then new mouse, which featured information on what made the mouse so special. Our aim here was to create a simple page, that didn’t overwhelm the viewer. We often find that pages trying to explain how a product works and why it’s great can be so very busy; reams of sexy images and copy, crammed into one page. It can be daunting for anyone to have to get through. We tried to keep things simple and manageable here, and we feel as if we succeeded.

This design followed a relatively similar path to the Logitech Darkfield above, we wanted to keep all copy and objects as nicely spaced as possible, drawing attention to the most relevant items. First prize was, of course, the most important thing to note in this competition, so within the box we emphasized it and added a faint gradient from black to red (two of logitech’s three logo colours).

Throughout both designs we stuck closely to the Logitech palette, using the same tones of green, black, and red that you find in the logo.
